I can't afford a criminal defence solicitor

Remember that it is your right to have a solicitor attend at the Police Station, without cost to you.  If you are charged and have to go to court, then you may be entitled to Public Funding (legal aid) to cover some or all of your legal costs.  This means that our attendance at either a Police Station or a court hearing will be free of charge to you.

Will I have to go to court?

This depends on the case, but we will be able to advise you whether you are likely to go to court, and what will happen when you get there.  We will also come to court with you and speak on your behalf if necessary.

I don't want anyone to know I'm in trouble
